consistency,

consistently.

I was looking through my newsletter archives, reading some of my old titles.

Realised I never wrote one about ‘consistency’.

Sure I’ve talked about it multiple times across several letters, but I’m surprised I haven’t given it a separate place.

Because it deserves it, and it needs to be said.

Consistency is the only thing that separates the 1% from the 99%.

I simply CANNOT stress enough how important this one key attribute is in people.

It is what separates the wheat from the chaff.

Every extraordinary person you admire, follow, see, or talk to — all did nothing extraordinary.

They just did one thing, the same thing, every day, for years.
Until they became good at it.

Consistency isn't about motivation.
It's not about feeling ready.

It's about showing up when you'd rather be anywhere else.

As Hormozi says, "The only thing that matters is what you do consistently."

Everyone wants the highlight reel.
The mansion. The exit. The fame.

But nobody wants to do the same boring shit every single day for 3-5 years straight.

(F*ck that, some people can’t even stick to the plan for a few days.)

That's why most people fail.

They can sprint for a week. Maybe a month. Some even make it to 90 days.

But then life happens. They get tired. Bored. Distracted.

And they quit.

You know what's funny?

The moment most people quit is usually right before things start working.

(I’d be lying if I said I haven’t thought of quitting myself.
Multiple times. Still here, aren’t I? 😉)

Hormozi calls this the "breaking point" - that moment when most would-be entrepreneurs throw in the towel.

But here's the raw truth: The ones who make it aren't special.

They're stubborn.
They're boring.

They do the same things over and over until the market can't ignore them anymore.

I've seen countless people start businesses, podcasts, newsletters, YouTube channels.

The ones who succeeded?

They weren't the most talented.
They weren't the smartest.

They were the ones who showed up.

Every.
Single.
Day.

No excuses.

No "I'm not feeling creative today."
No "I'll do it tomorrow."

They just did the work.

There’s no magic secret to success.

Lower your standards for daily action, but raise your standards for long-term commitment.

Do less than you think you should each day, but never miss a day.

That's it.

That's the whole game.

Everything else is just noise.

The gap between who you are and who you want to be is filled by consistent daily actions that seem insignificant in the moment.

But those moments compound.

And one day, you'll look back and realize that while everyone else was looking for shortcuts, you built something real.

Something lasting.

Something that matters.

The shortest path in life is the one you don’t abandon.

A habit missed once is a mistake.
A habit missed twice is a new habit.

Never miss 2 days in a row.

Have the best week, you.

Make those late nights in the middle of June matter ;)
